先日、友人と松阪市にあるエスカルゴ牧場へ行って、カタツムリの養殖を見学してきました。最初にエスカルゴを食べて、その後、カタツムリを実際にさわりました。 親子のカタツムリでとても可愛かったです。カタツムリの通った後のヌルヌルは、肌に良いとのことで、顔に塗るよう勧められました。これは、余り信じられませんが。 エスカルゴの卵や、エスカルゴ自身をゆでてから、刺身醤油で食べると美味しいそうです。機会があったら、挑戦してみたいです。 養殖は、餌から手作りで毎日、糞からえさ箱の掃除など清潔好... ...続きを見る

昨日から仕事に行きました。最初だからとケーキと紅茶を出して貰い、雑談をした後、簡単な仕事をしました。名刺を見ると、翻訳、通訳の仕事も請け負っていたので、警察署、大使館、市役所、病院、車のディーラーなど含め国内より、海外の名刺が多かったです。 名刺と写真の整理、机の引き出しの整頓です。午後から陸運局へ連れて行って貰い、説明を受ける予定でしたが、急な仕事が入って都合が悪くなったようで、結局、予定の時間より2時間早く切り上げて帰宅しました。 昼は、コンビニで買ったパンとおにぎりを食べました。... ...続きを見る
