まりっこののんびりくらげ

今朝は、4時に起きました。昨晩、眠くて夕食後、21時前に寝てしまいました。たまに、眠くて仕方ないと早く寝ることがあります。やっぱり、眠たいときには、すぐ寝るのが一番かなあと思います。 今、思い返すと、私が入院していた時は、21時に寝て朝、6時に起きていました。この頃の毎日は、23時半に寝て5時半に起きていました。やっぱり、七時間ぐらい寝ると体調が良さそうです。 そろそろ、灯油を買って暖房しないと部屋の中が寒くなりました。今も凍えそうです。 ...続きを見る
